How does shipping and delivery work?

At Kōōihaus, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 72 hours of being placed. The shipping times do not include the order processing time. This time frame allows us to conduct quality assurance checks, pack the order, print shipping labels, and hand it over to our shipping company for dispatch. Please consider this processing time when calculating the total time it will take for you to receive your order. 

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep. 

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location.

Typically, it takes 3–7 days to process and fulfill your Kooi Print order before it is shipped out. The actual shipping time will vary depending on your location and can be estimated as follows:

How much do I pay for shipping?

We provide free shipping for all products shipped from overseas, ensuring a cost-effective solution. Additionally, for regionally shipped products like KŌŌI Print, we offer affordable shipping options to meet your needs. 

During the checkout process, you'll have the opportunity to select from multiple shipping options, including express or expedited shipping. Choose the option that suits your preferences and timeline to receive your order even faster.

How do I track my order?

Great news! Your order is on its way! Once we hand over your order to our trusted delivery service, we'll promptly send you a shipping confirmation email. Inside this email, you'll find a tracking code. Simply use it on this page where you can stay updated with live tracking information and follow your package's journey in real-time.

In case you haven't received your shipping confirmation email yet, or nothing comes up when you track your order, there's a possibility that your order is not yet processed. Rest assured, once that time arrives, you'll receive your shipping confirmation email without delay.

What does the 75-Day Buyer Protection mean for me as a customer?

Our 75-Day Buyer Protection is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. Every qualified listing on our store carries a Buyer Protection badge, which ensures that your order should arrive at your doorstep within the time period indicated, in this case, 75 days. If your order doesn't arrive within this time frame, you have the option to file a claim. Once the claim process is complete, we will refund your payment within 10 business days. This protection is our commitment to delivering not just your order, but also confidence and satisfaction in shopping with us.

Can I change my shipping address?

Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

While we estimate a delivery timeframe mentioned before, there may be instances where they are unable to meet this expectation. In such cases, you may notice a 'delayed' delivery date reflected in your tracking information.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days from the date of shipment, please reach out to us. We will initiate an investigation with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly and provide you with an update.

Do I need to pay customs or import fees?

What is your return policy?

We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, which is why we offer free returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered/received.

Please take note that not all items are eligible for return, and any exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product pages or at checkout. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  • We kindly request that you initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact our Customer Support Team and Initiate the Return Process and follow our instructions. 
  • Ensure that the item(s) were not marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase (such as KŌŌI Print products), unless the item is faulty.
  • Prior to shipping, provide us with a photo of the item(s) so that we can assess their condition.
  • Please note that the shipping fee for returning the item(s) will be your responsibility. We would like to inform you that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return the item(s) in their original packaging and in 'as new' condition. This includes keeping any attached swing tags, shoe boxes, ribbons, and specialty packaging intact.
  • To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance for your peace of mind. While we strive to provide the best customer experience possible, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned product without proper tracking or insurance.
  • Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email to notify you about the details of your refund.

How can I resolve any issues with mis-delivered or damaged packages?

We would like to kindly inform you that once packages are handed over to your local carrier, the ownership is transferred to you, the buyer. While we ensure the utmost care in packaging our products, any delays, losses, damages, mis-deliveries, or errors in shipping information caused by the carrier are beyond our control.

How do I use discount code?

To apply your discount code, simply proceed to the checkout page. On the first page, you'll find a designated box labeled 'Gift card or discount code'. Enter your discount code in the box and click on 'Apply'.

Please keep in mind that only one discount code can be used per order. If you have multiple discount codes and wish to use them for different items, we recommend placing separate orders to maximize your savings.

Please note that some discounts may already be reflected in the form of strikethrough prices on the product page. If a code doesn't work for your order, please ensure that you have applied the correct code for the specific items in your cart.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! You have the option to ship our products as gifts by simply entering the address of the intended recipient as the 'shipping' address and your own address as the 'billing' address during checkout.

Please keep in mind that as we work with external fulfillment partners, we are unable to include personalized messages or notes inside the package. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do you have any physical stores?

Kōōi Print related questions

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you offer Kōōi Print product returns

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]!

Do you offer refunds on Kōōi Print products?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an Kōōi Print item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
